When using SocialPilot AI to connect to third-party platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), you agree to:

• Comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of each platform
• Only connect accounts that you own or have authorization to manage
• Not use our service to circumvent platform restrictions or policies
• Accept that third-party platforms may revoke access at any time

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension of your accounts on those platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The TitanGrowthAI platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you create and publish through our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TitanGrowthAI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
