Your Right to Data Deletion

At TitanGrowthAI, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request and what happens when you do.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to request deletion of your data:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - TitanGrowthAI

Include in your email:

Your full name
Email address associated with your TitanGrowthAI account
Facebook/Meta User ID (if you connected a Meta account)
Name of any connected Facebook/Instagram pages (if applicable)

Option 2: Disconnect via Platform Settings

You can also revoke TitanGrowthAI's access to your social media accounts directly:

Facebook/Instagram: Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations and remove TitanGrowthAI.
Other platforms: Visit the connected apps or integrations section in each platform's settings.

Note: Disconnecting via platform settings revokes our access but does not automatically delete data already stored. For complete deletion, please also submit an email request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we will remove:

Your TitanGrowthAI account and profile information
OAuth tokens and access credentials for connected social media accounts
Connected account information (page IDs, user IDs, account names)
Scheduled posts and publishing history stored in our system
Any other personal data associated with your account

What May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, we may retain minimal information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Security logs: Anonymized or aggregated logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention.
Legal obligations: Data required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.
Dispute resolution: Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 7 to 30 days of receiving a valid request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you connected your Facebook account to TitanGrowthAI and request data deletion through Facebook's interface, we will receive a callback notification and process the deletion automatically. You can also use the manual email process described above for immediate action.
